GENERAL TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TOURS
These terms are based on the guidelines set by the Association of Tour Operators and apply to all package tours offered by Saddle the World.
1. The Agreement
1.1 The agreement is binding once Saddle the World confirms the booking. The right of withdrawal does not apply to package tours. The booking is binding when the deposit is paid, but in some cases, it may still be binding even if the deposit has not been paid, particularly for last-minute bookings.
1.2 The main traveler is the person whose name appears first in the booking. This individual is responsible for payment, and any changes or cancellations must be made by them unless they are unable to do so due to serious illness.
1.3 If travelers are under the age of 18 and traveling without a parent or guardian, this must be noted during the booking process. Some trips may have a minimum age requirement, which will be clearly stated during booking.
1.4 The times provided for departure and return are preliminary and may change. Final details will be communicated no later than 20 days prior to departure.
1.5 Saddle the World will provide information on passport and visa requirements. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months after the return date.
1.6 Information on health requirements for the destination will also be provided where applicable.
1.7 Any additional services or wishes must be confirmed in writing by Saddle the World to be included in the package.
1.8 Travelers must verify that all details on the booking confirmation are correct and inform Saddle the World immediately if there are any errors.
1.9 For some trips, a minimum number of participants is required. This will be made clear when booking.
2. Price and Payment
2.1 The traveler shall pay the price for the tour not later than the date set forth in the agreement.
2.2 Payment must be made according to the agreed timeline in your booking confirmation.

2.5 Prices are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
2.6 Any additional costs or supplements will be communicated clearly before booking.
